Workspace Settings
Workspace Settings is where you configure the building blocks of your Booked55 workspace. These settings apply to your entire organization and affect how pipelines, contacts, and automations behave.
Accessing settings
In the sidebar, expand the Workspace section and click Settings. You will see a dropdown with the following sub-pages.
Settings sections
Pipelines & Stages
Create, edit, and delete pipelines. Configure stages and their automations.
Client Types
Define categories to classify contacts and pipeline items.
API Keys
Generate API keys for external integrations with configurable permissions.
AI Prompts
Create and manage prompts used by AI automations in pipeline stages.
Permissions
Most workspace settings are accessible to users with the owner or admin role. Regular users can view pipeline configurations but cannot modify them. See Roles & Permissions for details.
