Workspace Settings
Workspace Settings is where you configure the building blocks of your Booked55 workspace. These settings apply to your entire organization and affect how pipelines, contacts, and automations behave.
Accessing settings
In the sidebar, expand the Workspace section and open Workspace Settings. Pipelines & Stages, Product/Service Types, Scoreboard KPIs and Holidays are directly in that menu; Prompts, Alerts, Sales Tasks, Permissions, API Keys, Webhooks and Integrations are under Advanced. You only see the pages your role can manage, and Webhooks and Integrations also need to be turned on for your organization.
Settings sections
Pipelines & Stages
Create, edit, and delete pipelines. Configure stages and their automations.
Product/Service Types
Define categories to classify contacts and pipeline items.
Holidays
Set the public holidays and company days off that automatic tasks skip.
Sales Activities
Recurring prospecting habits that become tasks for every Sales Person.
Alerts
Email teammates who stop adding contacts (Contact Activity Reminder).
Prompts
Write and manage the saved AI instructions your workspace uses.
API Keys
Keys for scripts and integrations. A key has its creator’s full access, so treat it like a password.
Webhooks
Send new deals to Zapier, Make, n8n or your own server, signed with a secret.
Permissions
The sidebar shows Pipelines & Stages, Product/Service Types, Prompts, Permissions, API Keys, Webhooks and Integrations to owners and managers. Scoreboard KPIs, Holidays, Alerts and Sales Tasks are for owners only, and only owners can change Permissions; managers can view them. See Roles & Permissions for details.
