Events
Events in Booked55 let you track conferences, trade shows, networking sessions, and any other gatherings where you meet prospects. By managing events, you can tie contacts to the places you met them and measure the ROI of attending.
Events list
The Events page shows a searchable table of all events in your workspace. Each row displays:

| Date | Start date, or date range for multi-day events. |
| Location | Venue or city. |
| Contacts | Number of contacts linked to this event. |
| Actions | Edit and delete buttons. |
Search events by name, description, or location. The global user filter restricts the view to events created by a specific team member.
Event types
Booked55 supports several event structures:
- Single-day — A one-day event with a single date.
- Multi-day — Events spanning multiple days (e.g., a 3-day conference). Set a start and end date.
- Recurring — Events that repeat on a schedule: daily, weekly (choose days of week), monthly (choose day of month), or yearly. Recurrence can end on a specific date or after a set number of occurrences.
