The Scoreboard is your personal and team performance dashboard. It tracks six key metrics that reflect the daily actions proven to drive sales success. Use it to identify where you are excelling and where you need to improve.

Dashboard overview

At the top of the Scoreboard, you see a combined view with:

  • Heatmap — A calendar showing daily activity volume by color intensity.
  • Total — The total count across all six metrics for the selected period.
  • Average per day — Your daily average activity rate.
  • Overall score (0-10) — A composite score reflecting your consistency and volume across all metrics.

Six key metrics

Each metric is tracked independently with its own total, average, and performance rating:

Performance ratings

Each metric shows a rating based on how your average compares to your historical data:

  • Below Average — Your current rate is lower than your historical average.
  • Average — You are performing at your typical rate.
  • Above Average — You are exceeding your historical average.
