Templates

Email templates save you time by providing reusable content for campaigns and individual emails. Build templates with the drag-and-drop visual builder for rich, professional designs or the basic text editor for quick, text-focused emails. Both support dynamic variables that personalize each message with contact and company data.

Templates list

The Templates page shows a searchable table of all templates in your workspace. Search by template name, subject, or body content. Templates created with the drag-and-drop builder show a Visual badge and a small HTML preview in the description column. The global user filter restricts the view to templates created by a specific team member.

Two ways to create templates

When you click Create Template, a dialog gives you three options:

• Drag & Drop Builder — A full-screen visual canvas for designing responsive, multi-column email layouts with images, buttons, social icons, and more. No coding required. Auto-saves after the first manual save.
• Basic Text Editor — A rich text editor with formatting toolbar and HTML toggle. Best for simple, text-focused emails. Saves when you click the Done button.
• Duplicate Existing — Copy an existing template (all content, design, subject, and attachments) and start editing from there. The duplicate is named automatically (e.g., “My Template copy”, “My Template copy (1)”).

What templates support

• Drag-and-drop visual design — Responsive layouts with content blocks, images, buttons, social icons, timers, and more.
• Basic text editing — Rich text editor with formatting toolbar for simple emails.
• HTML mode — Switch to raw HTML for full control over layout and styling (in the basic text editor).
• Dynamic variables — Placeholders like {{contact.first_name}} that are replaced with real data when sent.
• Attachments — Add inline and regular file attachments to templates (basic text editor).
• Desktop & mobile preview — Preview your design on different screen sizes (drag-and-drop builder).
• Auto-save — The drag-and-drop builder auto-saves every 10 seconds after the first manual save.
• Email signature — The basic text editor displays your active email signature below the body for reference.
