Integrations

Inbound integrations let other systems push contacts into Booked55 automatically. When a lead reaches the point in your marketing tool where sales should take over (an appointment gets booked, say), that tool sends the lead to Booked55. Booked55 creates or updates the contact, puts it on the right pipeline stage, assigns it to the right person, and brings the notes along. Nobody re-types anything.

GoHighLevel is the first supported provider. More are planned.

Who can use integrations

Users with the owner or manager role can create and manage connections. Integrations are available on every workspace.

Where to find them

In the sidebar, expand Workspace, click Settings, then open Integrations. The page lists the connections in your workspace and is where you create new ones.

What a connection is

A connection is one link between an external system and your workspace. It has a label, a provider, and a unique webhook URL that the external system posts leads to. Each connection carries its own settings: which Booked55 user the imports are recorded under, who the leads are assigned to, what happens when a contact already exists, and how the provider's pipeline stages map onto yours. It also keeps its own event log. A connection has three tabs: Settings, Setup, and Events.

How it works

  1. Webhook received — GoHighLevel posts the lead to the connection's URL.
  2. Stored — Booked55 stores the raw payload before it applies anything, so a failure later on cannot lose the lead. The event appears on the Events tab as received.
  3. Applied — Within seconds Booked55 builds a contact record from the payload, matches it against your existing contacts, creates or updates the contact and its company, places it on the mapped pipeline stage, and imports notes.
  4. Visible in the event log — The event ends as processed, failed, or skipped, with the record Booked55 built from it and links to the contact and company it touched.

Event log & troubleshooting explains each status and what to do about the ones that are not processed.
