Pipelines

Pipeline board illustration

Pipelines are the core of your sales process in Booked55. Each pipeline represents a workflow with ordered stages that contacts move through as deals progress. Pipelines are displayed as Kanban boards, giving you a visual overview of every deal in flight.

How pipelines work

A pipeline consists of stages arranged from left to right. Each stage represents a step in your sales process. Common stage examples:

  1. Lead — Initial contact, no conversation yet.
  2. Contacted — First outreach made.
  3. Meeting Booked — A meeting is scheduled.
  4. Proposal Sent — You have sent a proposal or quote.
  5. Closed Won — Deal is signed.

Contacts are added to pipelines as pipeline items. You can drag them between stages on the Kanban board, and automations can trigger actions when items enter a stage.

Accessing pipelines

Pipelines are listed in the sidebar under Opportunities. Click the dropdown to see all your pipelines, then click a pipeline name to open its Kanban board. You can also manage pipelines from Workspace Settings.

Pipeline value

Each pipeline item can have a monetary value. Booked55 shows per-stage totals and an overall pipeline total so you can forecast revenue at a glance.
