Campaigns let you send bulk emails to targeted groups of contacts. Whether you are following up after an event, nurturing a pipeline stage, or announcing a new offering, campaigns help you reach the right people at scale.

Campaigns list
The Campaigns page shows a table of all campaigns in your workspace:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Created by | The team member who created the campaign. |
| Campaign name | The name of the campaign (links to detail). |
| Preview | A brief description or, for campaigns using drag-and-drop templates, a small visual preview of the email content. |
| Contact count | Number of contacts targeted. |
| Status | Current state of the campaign. |
| Created | When the campaign was created. |
Campaign statuses
Campaigns move through a defined workflow:
- Pending — Campaign created, waiting for contact filtering.
- Contact Filtering — Booked55 is processing your filters to build the final contact list.
- Ready — Contacts filtered. You can now test and send.
- Running — Emails are being sent.
- Completed — All emails have been sent.
- Error — Something went wrong during sending.
