Search, Filter & Sort
As your contact list grows, search and filter tools become essential for finding the right people quickly. Booked55 provides several ways to narrow down your list.
Search
The search bar at the top of the Contacts page performs a real-time search across:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Company name
Start typing at least two characters and results will update automatically. The search works in combination with any active filters.
Filters
The filter panel above the table narrows your list:
| Filter | Options | Use case |
|---|---|---|
| Client status | All, Clients, Non-Clients | Separate existing customers from prospects. |
| Pipeline | A checkbox per pipeline, plus “Not in any pipeline” | See contacts in one or several sales processes — or the ones in none of them. |
| Stage | Stages of the one ticked pipeline | Drill down to a specific step (e.g., “Proposal Sent”). The select appears only while exactly one pipeline is ticked. |
| Event | “Not in any event” checkbox | Find the contacts you have not linked to any event yet. To work from one event's list, open the event's attendance instead. |
| All / With / Without | Find contacts that need an email address before you can campaign to them. | |
| Phone | All / With / Without | Find contacts without phone numbers for outreach follow-up. |
| Tags | Free text, comma-separated | Pull up a segment you have tagged yourself. Type the tags and press Enter to apply. |
Sorting
The sort control sits in the bar above the table. Order your contacts by:
- Created — Newest or oldest contacts first.
- Updated — Recently modified contacts first.
- Name — Alphabetical (A-Z or Z-A).
The Contact and Created column headers are the same control in another place: click one to sort by it, click again to flip the direction.
Pagination
Pagination lives in that same bar above the table, not below it, so it stays in reach whether or not you have scrolled. Use the page size selector to show 10, 25, 50, or 100 contacts per page. A larger page size is useful when you need to scan through many records or select contacts in bulk.
Global user filter
In addition to page-level filters, the global user filter in the top bar restricts the entire Contacts view to records created by a specific user. This is separate from the page filters and applies across all sections of the dashboard.
