Contact Enrichment

Enrich your contact records with publicly available information using AI. Fill in missing fields like job title, company, LinkedIn profile, and location without manual research.

How it works

  1. Open a contact's detail page in the Booked55 dashboard.
  2. Click the Enrich button.
  3. The AI searches publicly available sources to find information about the contact, including:
    • Current job title and role
    • Company name and industry
    • LinkedIn profile URL
    • Location and timezone
    • Professional background summary
  4. Review the suggested updates. Accept individual fields or apply all changes at once.

When the lookup finds a profile picture and the contact has none, that picture becomes the contact's own right away, with nothing to accept: Booked55 downloads it once and keeps its own copy. A contact that already has a picture keeps it. You can change or remove the picture from the contact's page.

When you enrich a selection of contacts from the contacts list, a picture that was found is listed with the other fields as Picture, ticked like the rest, and is kept when you apply the selection.

Automatic enrichment

Besides the Enrich button, Booked55 fills in a contact's missing job title, company, location, LinkedIn and profile picture when the contact is created or imported, from third-party business data providers. This is on for every organization unless an owner or manager turns it off on the Data & privacy tab of Organization settings. The Enrich button keeps working either way.

When to use enrichment

  • After importing contacts via CSV that have incomplete profiles
  • Before reaching out to a new prospect
  • When preparing for a meeting with a contact you haven't spoken to in a while

Company discovery

The MCP server also includes a search_company_ai tool that uses AI to discover company information when a standard database search returns no results. This is especially useful for finding companies by product name, industry description, or alternative spellings.
